Submission Drawing SD-SBCA Service

As an experienced architectural firm, Mom Architect will prepare the submission drawings for the approval of the proposed design by the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Government of Sindh. All drawings are prepared in strict accordance with SBCA rules and regulations.

We have successfully completed similar submission drawing projects with an minimum approximate project cost of PKR 50,000. Our rates for this service are calculated at PKR 55 per square foot (SQFT) of the plot area, plus a flat fee of PKR 10,000 for site visits and printing charges.
