All designs and drawings to be developed in strict compliance with the latest SBCA rules, zoning laws, and building regulations.

Design Submission drawings Fee: PKR 55 per square foot (SQFT) based on the total plot area.
Fee: A flat rate of PKR 10,000 to cover site visits (if required) and printing charges.
