As an experienced architectural firm, Mom Architect specializes in preparing official submission drawings (also referred to as proposed design drawings) for formal approval by the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Government of Sindh. All designs and drawings are developed in strict compliance with the latest SBCA rules, zoning laws, and building regulations. As part of this comprehensive service, we also provide one 3D front elevation rendering, giving you a realistic, high-fidelity visualization of how your bungalow will look upon completion.

Mom Architect fees for this service are structured transparently as follows:

Design & Submission Drawings Fee: PKR 65 per square foot (SQFT), calculated based on the total plot area.

Fee: A flat rate of PKR 10,000 to cover printing charges and necessary site visits.
